Ashley Fischer is the founder and lead artist of The Full Effect Tattoo & Artistry in Victoria, Texas. With a passion for restoring confidence “one line at a time,” Ashley specializes in permanent makeup, and advanced paramedical tattooing—including areola restoration, scar camouflage, stretch mark revision, and scalp micropigmentation. Ashley also enjoys doing fine line tattoos, custom floral, script and custom handwriting designs.

As both an artist and educator, Ashley is dedicated to precision, safety, and creating meaningful work that empowers her clients.
